Following the past Clothing Indabas  that have been successfully hosted by the Zimbabwe Clothing  Manufacturers Association ,ZCMA has kept to their word, “To rebuild the industry and realise employment  levels of 35 000 within 5 years ”  as evidenced by the 2 designers who showcased at all three Indabas have subsequently  been “spotted”.

Firstly, Rejoice Dera represented Hunnahs Designers Trust based in Bulawayo showcased her designs at the Clothing Indaba 2012 and Clothing Indaba Harare 2013 where she was spotted by Bernstein Clothing where she is now employed as the Sales Marketing Assistant.

Secondly, in addition ,the Young Student designer winner of the Clothing Indaba Harare 2012 from Speciss College Harare, Miss Nyasha Nhutsve, has also been fortunate enough to get a chance to showcase her breath taking and creative designs at the Zimbabwe Fashion Weekend fashion show were she competed with some of the countries best young and upcoming designers.
